Drinks

Stuart owns a vineyard and imports wine into the U.K. Stephen launched soft drink brands, and headed up marketing teams at Pernod Ricard and South African Breweries. This is combined with Andrew’s experience in finance with Seagram, Oddbins and  Diageo, and most recently emerging Tequila and Whisky brands.

Energy

From oil, gas, and renewables to electricity generation, transmission, distribution and supply. We have led client teams through restructuring, business separation, privatisation, regulatory challenge, and flotation. The work has transformed industries in United Kingdom, Ireland, Middle East, Germany, Spain, Eastern Europe, India, China and Russia.  We championed the largest Chemical group in China and the Russian client reached from St Petersburg to Vladivostok.

Non Profits & Government

We played a significant role as  a finance lead in a project to restore a Scottish island. We were an integral part of a team that included a harbour master, an otter expert, a lighthouse keeper and a well known former actress. The former home of a wild life writer was restored, created hides for otters, repaired a lighthouse and built a visitor centre.

Another achievement was to redesign the procedures of a major cancer charity and trained whole organisation including trustees.

In Government we addressed the cost base and ways of working of government ministries for defence, foreign affairs and transport. A particular project was to value and then reshape the off street parking division of a city council.

Financial & Professional Services

With an international banker, the marketing director of financial institution,  and a compliance expert in the team, we are well placed to assist client. Sarbanes Oxley S302 and S404 was addressed across a household name in UK banking and IT controls tested at a major investment bank. A systems protect was salvaged at a large insurance broker and underwriter. On professional services we can muster the insights from a lifetime spent with 2 Big consulting firms, a major IT consultancy, a second tier advisory firm, and a leading  procurement and carbon reduction franchise.
