London Scottish Rugby is getting back in the game

Glentaffe acted as investment relations executives for London Scottish Rugby, helping corral those who donate or otherwise contribute to LS and running communication, crowdfunding and legacy reach. We explored ideas from New Zealand, Scotland, and Canada as to how best to fund the LS rugby club.  

Professional rugby is a difficult industry and very much about ‘Just Giving.  Nevertheless, some funds were raised, good communication systems devised, and solid records maintained. London Scottish maintains its place in the Championship whilst Richmond, with whom they share the ground at the ‘RAG”, were recently relegated. 

London Scottish has sufficient funding from a successful City executive and are holding their place after wins over Ealing Trailfinders. They have a partnership with Harlequins, with those players who are not playing for Harlequins First XV on a given weekend being rotated through the London Scottish 1st XV. GO SCOTTISH!
