Stephen Cahill

Stephen has a wealth of experience in advising clients on a range of critical issues including strategy development, strategic positioning, value propositions, market sizing and segmentation, brand strategy and management, brand and customer diagnostics, business plan development and target operating model development. Stephen has a BA(Hons) in Modern History from the University of London, an MSC in Business Management from the London Business School, and an AMP from INSEAD. He has helped influence business strategic decisions at board level as well as implementing the operational delivery across organisations. In his corporate career Stephen led marketing organisations at periods of significant change and geographical expansion, including: 

•Old Mutual during demutualisation, home markets growth and International expansion 

•SAB Miller’s entry into Central Europe, Orangina’s entry into the UK, Belgium, Sweden and Switzerland. 

Recent consulting assignments include developing a marketing target operating model for a FTSE100 Financial Services Group and a value proposition and go to market strategy for a disruptor in the Life Insurance market in South Africa. Stephen makes sure all our client work is expertly grounded from a customer experience and marketing perspective.
