Blowing in the Wind

In the words of Bod Dylan: “How many roads must a man walk down before you call him a man?
How many seas must a white dove sail before she sleeps in the sand?
Yes, and how many times must the cannonballs fly before they’re forever banned?
The answer, my friend, is blowin’ in the wind. The answer is blowin’ in the wind”

I am not sure that Bob Dylan had wind farms in mind in 1963 but there is metaphor here,
with coal fired plants being banned and wind power being in the ascendent as the seas are sailed and the roads walked down to offshore and onshore wind farms.
We recently visited the offshore wind farm near Brighton a few weeks back (pictured above).

We are experts in energy regulation and have worked in electricity industries around the world including UK, Middle East, Eastern Europe, India and South Africa, more recently completing due diligence on a wind farm in Ayrshire.
